PLS is affiliated with the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC). iPEC offers a coach training program that is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation.

The ICF is a nonprofit, individual membership organization formed by professionals worldwide who practice business and personal coaching. The ICF exists to build, support and preserve the integrity of the coaching profession. PLS follows the Code of Professional Standards set out by the ICF.
The Hay Group's Emotional Competence Inventory
PLS uses the Emotional Competence Inventory offered by the Hay Group. This is a multi-rater emotional intelligence assessment tool based on the original research by Dr. Daniel Goleman and Dr. Richard Boyatzis
