LeadFORWARD: "A year of living and leading rigorously to bridge the gap between individual and organizational transformation."

LeadFORWARD is our advanced leadership and development offering designed for senior and c-level managers and executives in the Central New York region. Over the course of a year, you will be immersed in PLS' transformational leadership program designed to strengthen your physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual leadership. Each participant will receive a year of personal executive coaching in addition to attending 3, 2-day, 1-night retreats and joining a monthly mastermind group comprised of peers also in the program.
